developed a process for determining the most cost effective way to back-fill
these; make versus buy decisions. Developed a new manufacturer's rep
compensation plan that supports focusing on the most profitable products
with the highest potential demand. Working with the senior sales staff,
developed strategic and tactical sales goals, near and medium term.

Market Assessment: For a private equity firm, completed a review of the
North American market for transmission conductor stringing equipment. A
multi million dollar investment was made in the acquisition of the family
owned company. C Three continues to provide Board level advice and strategic
market support, as major product development, marketing, engineering and
manufacturing initiatives are implemented.

Market Assessment: For a med-tier provider of utility distribution and
transmission services, completed a strategic market assessment of a provided
of substation and transformer services. The company was considering a
multi-million dollar investment in the firm, but it was determined that the
business was actually too far removed for its core services to be a good
strategic fit.

and Licensing Support
Sunrise Powerlink State Approval Process Support: Working for San Diego Gas
and Electric supporting the California Public Utilities Commission ,
developed a five state, 15 year forecast of existing and planned generation.
Working with the WECC base case, research planned and early development
projects, including wind and solar. Assessed the economic life of existing
generation under various fuel cost scenarios.
