The following are recent research projects completed by The C Three
Group:
For the Electric Power Research Institute, investigated the
relationship between GDP growth, productivity and electric
reliability. This project required extensive modeling and scenario
development.
For a large mid-western gas utility, completed acquisition and
valuation analysis of several different pipeline assets
For a large west-coast utility, conducted a commodity purchasing
benchmarking study
For a group of investors, completed the market due-diligence in the
electric utility industry for a heavy metal waste remediation system
Completed a transaction analysis of assets sales of US utilities
during the past two years
Completed a capital allocation benchmarking project for eight large
investor owned utilities
Completed an acquisition screen and valuation for a large
mid-western utility
For an east-coast combined electric and gas utility, developed a 10
year "macro" level strategic plan, which included
technologies, industry structure, de-regulation scenarios, and general
economic conditions
