Our People
Jean Reaves Rollins founded the C Three Group,
LLC™ in 1998, providing senior management advisory
and research services to the energy utility
industry. Prior to founding The C Three Group, Ms.
Rollins was a founding partner of The Coba Group, a
London based strategic management consultancy.
During her 12 years at Coba, Ms. Rollins developed
Coba's worldwide energy and utility practices that
were based in Atlanta, GA.
The Coba Group was sold to Renaissance Worldwide in
1997.
Ms. Rollins' areas of specialization are
corporate strategy and business development. She has
worked at a senior management and board levels at
numerous US and international companies including
Hewlett-Packard, ScottishPower, MidAmerican Energy,
Edison International,
Hydro-Québec, Ontario Power, Hydro One, The World
Bank, Schroders, Barings, and Lloyds Corporate and
Institutional Banking.
Ms. Rollins received her undergraduate degree for
the Georgia Institute of
Technology and her MBA from Stanford University. She
currently serves on
several not-for-profit and for-profit boards of
directors.
Franco Quillico
Mr. Quillico started his professional career in
strategy consulting, with McKinsey and Bain & Co.,
and he later moved into investment banking, with
Salomon Brothers.
Mr. Quillico has advised clients in various
industries: banking, information services,
computers, chemicals, automotive, railroad,
utilities, air courier, textiles, construction and
construction materials, food processing, fast food;
in Italy, UK, Monaco, France, Belgium, Spain,
Switzerland and the United States.
Franco Quillico is Managing Partner of Andromeda
Consulting. Andromeda Consulting, based in the
Principality of Monaco, is active in advising
corporate clients on business strategy, with a
particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, as
well as in structuring other types of sophisticated
cross-border transactions. Since its inception, in
1994, Andromeda Consulting has advised clients in
transactions worth over $6 billion.
Mr. Quillico received an MS "summa cum laude" in
electrical engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan
and an MBA "with distinction" from the Wharton
School, University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Quillico is fluent in Italian, English and
